Volunteer Forms Needed

It takes all of us parents to work together to make the Mona Shores band program successful and fun for the students.  We are  in the process of creating a data base of parent volunteer's to help with the Mona Shores band.  We know that some of the parents have filled these forms out this fall but we need you to complete them again so we have the most current information in the data base.  Please complete and e-mail them to Gary Pothoff at GPothoff@yahoo.com.
